Gizlilik Politikası

Toparla, kısa toparlama seansları için kullanılan bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulamayı kullanmak için hesap açmanız gerekmez. Bu sayfa, hangi verinin nerede tutulduğunu sade bir dille anlatır.

Toparla, Virel Yazılım tarafından yayınlanır. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında veri sorumlusu Virel Yazılım'dır. Uygulama, Virel Yazılım'ın sektörel yönetim platformlarından (Eğitim, Vet, Drive, Beauty) bağımsızdır; bu platformlarla ortak hesap, ortak veritabanı ya da veri aktarımı yoktur.

Özet

Seanslarınız, görevleriniz, ayarlarınız ve fotoğraflarınız telefonunuzda saklanır. Uygulamanın kendi analitik ya da izleme aracı yoktur. Telefonunuzdan yalnızca iki durumda veri çıkar:

• Fotoğrafınıza göre plan istediğinizde, o fotoğraf analiz için sunucumuza gönderilir ve plan döndükten sonra saklanmaz.
• Ücretsiz analiz hakkınız bittiğinde kendi isteğinizle ödüllü reklam izlerseniz, Google AdMob kendi politikası kapsamında reklam verisi işler.

İkisi de isteğe bağlıdır; uygulama fotoğrafsız ve reklamsız da tam olarak çalışır.

Cihazınızda saklananlar

• Seanslar, görevler, düzeltmeler ve geçmiş: uygulamanın kendi yerel veritabanında. Geçmişten seans silindiğinde, tamamı ise Ayarlar > "Yerel verileri sil" ile kalkar.
• Önce/sonra fotoğrafları: uygulamanın belge klasöründe. İlgili seans silindiğinde, tamamı ise "Yerel verileri sil" ile kalkar.
• Ayarlar ve rastgele üretilmiş kurulum kimliği: uygulamanın yerel veritabanında. "Yerel verileri sil" ile kalkar; yeni bir kimlik üretilir.

Fotoğraflar seçildikten sonra küçültülür ve yeniden kodlanır; konum bilgisi gibi meta veriler kaldırılır. Uygulama hiçbir bulut hizmetine yükleme yapmaz.

Bu veriler cihaz yedeğine de girmez: uygulama, verilerini iCloud Yedekleme'nin (iPhone) ve Google yedeklemesinin (Android) dışında tutulacak şekilde işaretler; Android'de cihazdan cihaza aktarım da kapsam dışıdır. Bunun bir karşılığı var: telefon değiştirdiğinizde geçmişiniz ve fotoğraflarınız taşınmaz.

Kamera ve fotoğraf erişimi

Kamera ve fotoğraf erişimi yalnızca siz "Fotoğraf çek" ya da "Galeriden seç" dediğinizde istenir. İzin vermemeyi seçerseniz uygulama fotoğrafsız çalışmaya devam eder.

Fotoğraf kopyaları cihazınızda saklanır. Bir fotoğraf telefonunuzdan yalnızca fotoğraftan plan istediğinizde ve onay verdiğinizde çıkar; aynı fotoğraf ayrıca "önce" görseli olarak cihazınızda kalır. Seans sonunda çektiğiniz "son hâli" fotoğrafı hiçbir yere gönderilmez.

Fotoğraf analizi

Fotoğrafınıza göre kişiselleştirilmiş bir plan isteyebilirsiniz. Bu özellik yalnızca siz açıkça onay verdiğinizde çalışır. O durumda gönderilenler:

• küçültülmüş (en uzun kenar 1600 piksel) ve konum dâhil meta verileri kaldırılmış fotoğraf;
• seçtiğiniz süre, amaç, enerji tercihi ve dil;
• rastgele üretilmiş anonim bir kurulum kimliği (ücretsiz hak sayımı ve kötüye kullanım sınırı için).

Veriler Toparla sunucusuna, oradan da görsel analiz sağlayıcısı Anthropic'e iletilir. Adınız, e-postanız, telefon numaranız veya konumunuz gönderilmez; uygulama bunları hiç toplamaz. Anthropic'in sunucuları yurt dışında olduğu için bu aktarım yalnızca açık rızanızla yapılır.

Fotoğrafsız planlar ve örnek mod telefonunuzda hazırlanır; o durumda hiçbir ağ isteği yapılmaz. Özelliğin durumunu uygulama içinde Ayarlar > Fotoğraf analizi bölümünde görebilirsiniz.

Sunucumuz ne yapar, ne yapmaz

• Fotoğrafı diske yazmaz ve günlüklere eklemez; yalnızca istek süresince bellekte tutar.
• İstek günlüğüne yalnızca yöntem, yol, HTTP durum kodu ve süre yazılır. Fotoğraf, görev metni ve kurulum kimliği günlüğe girmez.
• Aynı isteği iki kez göndermeniz hâlinde sizi yeniden ücretlendirmemek için üretilen plan metni 15 dakika bellekte tutulur. Bu kayıtta fotoğraf bulunmaz ve sunucu yeniden başladığında silinir.
• Hesabınız yoktur, dolayısıyla sunucuda size ait kalıcı bir kayıt da yoktur.

Anthropic tarafındaki saklama süresi, Toparla'nın Anthropic ile olan ticari koşullarına ve hesabın veri saklama ayarlarına bağlıdır. Toparla bu konuda kendi başına bir süre vaat etmez; sağlayıcının politikası için Anthropic Gizlilik Politikası'na bakabilirsiniz (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy).

Reklamlar

Kurulum başına 3 ücretsiz fotoğraf analizi vardır. Hakkınız bittiğinde dilerseniz ödüllü bir reklam izleyerek yeni hak kazanabilirsiniz. Reklamı siz başlatırsınız; görev ve seans ekranlarında reklam yoktur, açılışta veya ekranlar arasında reklam gösterilmez.

Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur. Reklam izlediğinizde AdMob, cihazınızın reklam kimliği ve genel kullanım verileri gibi bilgileri kendi politikası kapsamında işler (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). iPhone'da izleme izni istenir; izin vermezseniz reklam kişiselleştirilmez ve uygulama aynı şekilde çalışır. Reklam izlemezseniz AdMob ile hiçbir veri paylaşımı olmaz.

Reklamı izlediğinizi doğrulamak için AdMob, sunucumuza imzalı bir bildirim gönderir; bu bildirimde anonim kurulum kimliğiniz ve işlem numarası bulunur. Bu, hakkın gerçekten kazanıldığını doğrulamak içindir ve başka bir amaçla kullanılmaz.

Paylaşım

Paylaşım yalnızca siz başlattığınızda ve önizlemeyi gördükten sonra yapılır. Paylaşılan görselde görev listesi ve konum bilgisi yer almaz. Görselin nereye gönderileceğine siz karar verirsiniz.

Bildirimler

Günlük hatırlatma isteğe bağlıdır ve varsayılan olarak kapalıdır. Açtığınızda bildirimler telefonunuzda planlanır; sunucuya gönderilmez.

Çocuklar

Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz.

Haklarınız

Verileriniz cihazınızda olduğu için silme işlemini doğrudan uygulama içinden yapabilirsiniz: Ayarlar > "Yerel verileri sil". Bu işlem seansları, geçmişi, fotoğraf kopyalarını, ayarları ve hatırlatmaları kaldırır, geri alınamaz ve yeni bir kurulum kimliği üretir. Uygulamayı kaldırmak da aynı sonucu verir.

Sunucumuzda size ait kalıcı bir kayıt tutulmadığı için silinecek bir sunucu kaydı da yoktur. KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve GDPR kapsamındaki erişim, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz taleplerinizi [email protected] adresine iletebilirsiniz.

Kullanım koşulları

Uygulama ücretsizdir; abonelik yoktur. Uygulama olduğu gibi sunulur; çıkan planları kendi sorumluluğunuzda uygularsınız. Toparla tıbbi, hukuki ya da mali tavsiye vermez. Uygulamayı yürürlükteki mevzuata aykırı biçimde ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanamazsınız.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve yukarıdaki tarih değişir. Uygulamanın veri işleyişinde esaslı bir değişiklik olursa (yeni bir sağlayıcı, yeni bir veri türü) değişiklik uygulama içinde de duyurulur.

Privacy Policy

Toparla is a mobile app for short tidying sessions. No account is required. This page explains, in plain words, which data is kept where.

Toparla is published by Virel Yazılım, which is the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the GDPR. The app is independent of Virel Yazılım's industry management platforms (Eğitim, Vet, Drive, Beauty): there is no shared account, shared database or data transfer between them.

Summary

Your sessions, tasks, settings and photos are stored on your phone. The app has no analytics or tracking tools of its own. Data leaves your phone in two cases only:

• When you ask for a plan from your photo, that photo is sent to our server for analysis and is not kept after the plan comes back.
• If your free analyses run out and you choose to watch a rewarded ad, Google AdMob processes ad data under its own policy.

Both are optional; the app works fully without photos and without ads.

Kept on your device

• Sessions, tasks, corrections and history: in the app's local database. Removed when you delete a session, and entirely via Settings > "Delete local data".
• Before/after photos: in the app's document folder. Removed when the session is deleted, and entirely via "Delete local data".
• Settings and a randomly generated install ID: in the app's local database. Removed via "Delete local data"; a new ID is generated.

Selected photos are resized and re-encoded; metadata such as location is removed. The app uploads nothing to any cloud service.

This data is also kept out of device backups: the app marks its data as excluded from iCloud Backup (iPhone) and Google backup (Android), and on Android device-to-device transfer is excluded too. There is a trade-off: when you switch phones, your history and photos do not come with you.

Camera and photo access

Camera and photo access is requested only when you tap "Take a photo" or "Choose from library". If you decline, the app keeps working without photos.

Photo copies are stored on your device. A photo leaves your phone only when you ask for a plan from a photo and give consent; that same photo is also kept on your device as the "before" image. The "after" photo you take at the end of a session is never sent anywhere.

Photo analysis

You can ask for a personalised plan based on your photo. This feature runs only with your explicit consent. When it does, the following is sent:

• the photo, resized (longest edge 1600 pixels) and with metadata including location removed;
• your chosen duration, goal, energy preference and language;
• a randomly generated anonymous install ID (to count free analyses and limit abuse).

Data goes to the Toparla server and from there to the image analysis provider, Anthropic. Your name, email, phone number and location are not sent; the app never collects them. Anthropic's servers are outside Türkiye, so this transfer only happens with your explicit consent.

Plans without a photo, and the sample mode, are prepared on your phone; no network request is made. You can check the feature's status in the app under Settings > Photo analysis.

What our server does and does not do

• It does not write the photo to disk and does not put it in logs; it holds it in memory only for the duration of the request.
• The request log records only the method, path, HTTP status code and duration. Photos, task text and install IDs never enter the log.
• So you are not charged twice if the same request is sent twice, the generated plan text is kept in memory for 15 minutes. That record contains no photo and is cleared when the server restarts.
• You have no account, so there is no lasting record of you on the server.

Retention on Anthropic's side depends on Toparla's commercial terms with Anthropic and on the account's data retention settings. Toparla makes no separate promise about that period; see the Anthropic Privacy Policy (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy).

Ads

Each installation gets 3 free photo analyses. When they run out, you may choose to watch a rewarded ad to earn another one. You start the ad yourself; there are no ads on the task or session screens, and none on launch or between screens.

Ads are served by Google AdMob. When you watch one, AdMob processes information such as your device's advertising ID and general usage data under its own policy (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). On iPhone you are asked for tracking permission; if you decline, ads are not personalised and the app works the same. If you never watch an ad, nothing is shared with AdMob.

To confirm you watched the ad, AdMob sends our server a signed notification containing your anonymous install ID and a transaction number. This exists to verify that the reward was genuinely earned and is used for nothing else.

Sharing

Sharing happens only when you start it, after you've seen a preview. The shared image contains no task list and no location data. You choose where it goes.

Notifications

The daily reminder is optional and off by default. When enabled, notifications are scheduled on your phone and are never sent to a server.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

Because your data is on your device, you can delete it yourself at any time: Settings > "Delete local data". This removes sessions, history, photo copies, settings and reminders, cannot be undone, and generates a new install ID. Uninstalling the app has the same effect.

We keep no lasting record of you on the server, so there is no server-side record to delete. For access, rectification, erasure and objection requests under the GDPR or KVKK, contact [email protected].

Terms of use

The app is free; there is no subscription. It is provided as is, and you follow the plans it produces at your own responsibility. Toparla gives no medical, legal or financial advice. You may not use the app in breach of applicable law or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Changes

If this policy changes, this page is updated and the date above changes. If there is a material change in how the app handles data (a new provider, a new data type), the change is also announced inside the app.
